Why submit 2 email accounts?
By submitting your 2 email accounts, as a service provider, we (Realtimme) assume the person submitting the subscription with us is authorized by the organization he/she is representing.
In case when any one of the two is not available to communicate with us, the other will represent your organization. The first point of contact is the email account holders(you) submitted here. At any one time, please ensure that both emails are active. Any change must inform Realtimme by this account holder.
You are solely responsible for resolving disputes regarding ownership or access to your organisation's data, including those involving any current or former owners, co-owners, employees, or contractors of your business.
Realtimme has no obligation whatsoever to resolve or intervene in such disputes.
